NFL Network Gameday analyst Michael Lombardi named both the Philadelphia Eagles and San Diego Chargers as two potential organisations with the Oregon Duck’s head coach, Chip Kelly, as the candidate top of their respective wish lists.

The electric Oregon Duck’s offense has caught the eye of many and is now thought to be interested in finally making the move to the pros. Teams such as Philadelphia, San Diego, New York and Kansas City looking to make a move at the top of their coaching tree will be interested in the 45-7 NCAA football coach.

Michael Lombardi said:

“He’s the prettiest girl in the school… everyone is going after Chip Kelly because of what he brings uniquely offensively.”

Eagles and former Oregon linebacker Casey Matthews, brother of Clay, added fuel to the fire on Thursday as he offered Kelly his endorsement. This follows a Pro Football Weekly article published on Monday claiming Kelly and Eagles GM Howie Roseman have already met.
Asked about his college coach Thursday, Matthews told Philadelphia reporters:
“Eagles fans would love Kelly, for his attitude, his go-get-it mentality. They’d love the sarcasm he brings to news conferences and sideline interviews”

If Kelly is to enter the NFL this off season it is vital for him to pick a team with an established and successful starting quarterback. The Southern California team has a number of talented pieces on both sides of the ball and could excel with the innovative input Chip Kelly offers.
