Eagles WR DeSean Jackson Placed on Injured Reserve

Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver DeSean Jackson was placed on injured reserve Tuesday after suffering broken ribs in a 30-22 loss to the Carolina Panthers on Monday night.
Jackson suffered the injury in the first half and did not return to the game after having X-rays on his chest.
Jackson was injured on a 2-yard end-around run in the first quarter. He had one reception for 9 yards.
